Amar Rent A Car’s terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent rental experience. Rental fees are calculated based on the vehicle type and rental duration, with options for daily, weekly, or monthly rates. A security deposit is required and refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
Insurance coverage is included, but renters should review details to understand coverage limits. Fuel policies typically require the vehicle to be returned with the same amount of fuel as when rented. Additional services, such as GPS or child seats, incur extra charges.
Late returns may result in additional fees, and any damage or traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. Detailed terms are outlined in the rental agreement, which should be reviewed carefully before signing.
Terms & Conditions:
Duration: Per day vehicle duty time is 10 hours, if use additional hours, per hour extra charges will be considered.
Fuel: Per day vehicle will run 60-65 km for inside Dhaka and 100-110 km outside Dhaka and additional per km of use extra charges will be considered.
Driver Tour Allowance: If the user take /run vehicle outside Dhaka then additional tour allowance will have to be paid by user to driver & after reaching to the destination the user/renter/client will take the responsibility of the vehicle e.g. (safety and security).
Extra charges: Rental rates/vehicle rent are excluding VAT and taxes.
Belongings of Passenger: The users will carry only their Luggage and will not carry any illegal Items, heavy materials or Oily/Dirty things in the vehicle.
Unable to Comply Services: During strike days and movement to political meeting places.
Boundary: Cars must not be taken outside the country of Bangladesh.
Use Policy: The vehicle can only be driven within the region of wide Roads.
Eid Policy: During Eid/Puja festival the rate will increase 30% more.

Your request should include the following information:
- Route of travel
- Date of departure & arrival
- Time of departure
- Total Days of travel
- Passenger list (if passenger list include foreigners, their nationality, passport number, validity of passport to be mentioned) with occupation, address and telephone numbers.
Cancellation:
- If cancel before 24 hours, no cancellation fees required.
- If cancel within 12 hours before travailing 30% charges will be paid by clients.
